Practical Information
Dates: 8–21 November 2026
Venue: Anantara New York Palace Hotel, Budapest (1073 Budapest, Erzsébet krt. 9)
Shifts & Availability
Most shifts take place during the afternoon and evening hours (approx. 13:30–21:30), with some morning shifts available on November 8, 9 and 10. To ensure consistency and give you the best experience, a minimum commitment of 4 event days is required (availability on consecutive days is a plus!).
Volunteers must be over 18 years of age.

If you don’t have a volunteer profile yet, create one in the VolHUB system, then apply for the event! After that, go to the “My Calendar” section and indicate the days and times when you are available. Fill in your profile, mark your availability in ‘My calendar’, and apply for the event under the ‘Events’ menu.
